Elvis' will was entrusted to Vernon Presley who would execute its intent. The wills beneficiary were his grandmother, Minnie Mae Presley; his father, Vernon Presley; and his only child, Lisa Marie Presley. Vernon passed in 1979 and Minnie passed in 1980 leaving Lisa Marie as the sole beneficiary. Lisa Marie would not receive her inheritance till her 25th birthday on February 1, 1993 and then become the head of the Elvis Presley Enterprise and ensuring her fathers legacy.
